Refunds & Returns Policy

At Repor, LLC ("Repor," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering accessible and effective wellness solutions. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for subscriptions, courses, digital products, and live sessions.
1. Subscriptions
- Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. See our Terms of Use for details on auto-renewal disclosures under Florida law.
- Cancellation.
- Direct Website Purchases: Cancel anytime through your account settings under Billing, or email [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.”
- App Store Purchases: If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through your app store account. We cannot cancel or refund purchases made through third-party platforms.
- Refunds. Subscription fees are nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
2. Courses & Digital Products
- Refund Window. If you purchase a course or digital product directly from Repor, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- Less than 25% of the course has been completed or downloaded, and
- You submit your request by emailing [email protected] with proof of purchase.
- Exclusions. No refunds are available for:
- Courses where more than 25% has been completed or downloaded.
- Digital products delivered in full upon purchase.
- Discounted, bundled, or promotional sales marked “final sale.”
3. Live Events, Intensives & One-on-One, Family-Bridge Sessions
- Live Events & Intensives. Refunds are available until 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After that point, fees are nonrefundable.
- One-on-One and Family-Bridge Sessions.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are nonrefundable.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem (e.g., duplicate charges, failed download, or access error), contact [email protected] within 7 days of the issue. We will verify and, if applicable, issue a refund or replacement.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms are governed by their respective refund policies. You must request refunds directly through those providers.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with:
- Subject line: “Refund Request”
- Your full name and email used for the purchase
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Reason for the request
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
7. Exceptions & Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refunds & Returns Policy limits your rights under applicable law. Residents of certain jurisdictions may be entitled to additional remedies. Refunds required by law will be honored.
